China vs. Porn
China has begun to wage war against online porn artists across their nation. Thus far they have shut down almost 600 internet porn sites and arrested over 200 porn artists. I believe the US should do the same. I know that porn is considered part of the freedom of speech, but as a Christian, I think it should not be considered as such. Porn artists just hide behind that law making it legal; well I'm glad China is taking a stand against internet porn; it never belonged on the internet and has succeeded in only breaking up marriages and ruining people's lives.

I have to agree with you Slosh, that the Chineese have figured out that porn needs to just disappear from their websites. Back before I had that wonderful little popup blocker, I was subject to frequent pop-ups, and I personally think that it needs to leave for good. I have heard many people say they enjoy it, but they have no ral spiritual lives. I think that the porn "stars" as they are called, have no real protection behind the Freedom Of Speech. Porn is more than just "free speech".
Yeah; it's free "illegal" exposure. If it's illegal to roam around streets naked; but it's not illegal to enjoy watching people naked all the time on TV or at home on your computer involuntarily, then that's completely wrong.
I think that America needs to step up their homeland security on issues like porn and the sex market (like porn movie shops,and porn stores, like castle's). If we wanted true homeland security for the kids, then we have two wars going on simutaneusly, the phisical anti-terrorism wars, and the more phycological war against porn. If America started eliminating porn sites and setrvers now, I would guess in thirty odd years, porn would no longer exist in America. Now if only people would realize its damaging effects on the viewer, and the viewer's family and friends. the effect porn has pshcologically is tremendous.
Yup; the whole issue pretty much sux. Excuse the pun. See; perfect example; the term sux; well where the heck did that come from. Hm, I wonder.
